Arrival to Lviv. Meeting at the train station. Getting on the bus. Initial acquaintance with Lviv: history and geography. Religious denominations in Lviv. Neo-gothic Church of St. Elizabeth and Olga. The pearl of Ukrainian baroque – St. Georges Cathedral. Lviv as an administrative and financial centre of the Habsburg monarchy. Princely Lviv – the capital of Rus’ kingdom. Onuphriy Monastery – the entombment of the first Slavonic book printer Ivan Fedorov.
Princely churches of St.Nicholas and John the Baptist. City panorama overview from the High Castle Hill ( the highest point of Lviv). Transfer via bus to the city centre.

Walking tour. Lviv Opera Theatre, Svobody ( Liberty) Avenue, Monument to T.Shevchenko, Jesuit church of St. Peter and Paul, Latin Cathedral, the Boims Chapel, Rynok Square with its Renaissance houses-palaces, Armenian quarter, the pharmacy-museum, Dominican church, architectural ensemble of the Assumption church, defence fortifications of old Lviv, former Jewish quarter, St.Andrew church and the Bernardine monastery, monument to Danylo Galitskiy, St.Mary square and A.Mickewich square.
